It\u2019s an early start since by the time we finish the temperature is forecast to be mid 80\u2019s. Yay!<br \/>\r\n From the park, this route goes out Colver Rd. to Wagner Creek, up Anderson Creek Road to Adams where we can take in the beautiful valley\/mountain view as we ride along the hillside. We then cross to the east side of the valley to ride in the rolling hills south to Ashland. We\u2019ll take our rest stop at Rogue Valley Roasting Company before we head back along the bike path to Talent, across to the east hills and north to Phoenix and back to Colver Park. The ride is 32 miles, 1800 feet of elevation.<br \/>\r\nPlease RSVP to me by email if you wish to join the ride. And if, after you sign up, you decide not to come, please email or text me (at the number below) so we don\u2019t wait for you.<br \/>\r\nAverage ride speed is 11-13 mph. Faster riders are welcome to go ahead, but are responsible for knowing the route. Also, we ask that faster riders wait for the rest of the riders at re-group points. Please let me know either directly or through another rider if you are leaving the ride early.<br \/>\r\nFirst-time guests are welcome. The planned starting time for September 1st is 8:00 AM, however, starting times may be delayed or canceled due to poor weather or air quality conditions.
