Sometimes you have to be creative to come up with a motivating challenge in cycling. But rest assured there are always challenges and goals that can sustain your commitment to, and enjoyment of cycling (and life itself). Take as a source of inspiration: Frenchman Robert Marchand who recently set a new world record when he cycled 22.547 kilometers (about 14 miles) in an hour — at the age of 105.
