Cycling in the HEAT

Summer has arrived and with it the challenge of staying hydrated. But the fact is few few cyclists drink enough water. The rough “rule of thumb” is to drink a liter (i.e. a full water bottle) of water per hour of cycling. You may need more; everyone sweats at a different rate.

It is important to know the signs of dehydration for yourself and other cyclists.
