All trike rides will be at a leisurely pace --7 to 9 mph-- over 10 to 16-mile distances, with each ride starting from a different location and at varied start times. We'll always stop for coffee to socialize. <br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\nNon-members will be required to (1) sign a release form for club insurance purposes; (2) be helmeted and (3) carry a spare tube. After the first ride, club membership will be required.
