Can I join the montly Board of Directors meeting? How do I do it?
by Lisa Brill on Mar, 15 2022
Any active Siskiyou Velo Member may join the monthly Board meeting. The Board meets on the 4th Tuesday of every month from 4:30 – 5:30 pm.
Members are welcome to join in person or via Zoom. To join in person, come to the Medford Library Carpenter room at 4:30 pm.
The link to join the Zoom meeting can be found on our Club Board Meetings page (see below). If you have never joined a Zoom meeting before, first try a test meeting by going to https://zoom.us/test, where you can verify that you have the Zoom app and test your audio & video. Using a computer or tablet is recommended, but a mobile phone works as well. If you get stuck, contact Jeff Roberts WELL BEFORE the meeting by texting 541-690-2955.
To view the Board agendas and minutes, and instructions to join a Board meeting via Zoom, go to https://www.siskiyouvelo.org/. Log on as a member in the upper right side of the webpage. Then click on “Club Members Only”, then “Club Board Meeting – Joining, Agenda & Minutes.”
