All trike rides will be at a leisurely pace --7 to 9 mph-- over 10 to 16-mile distances, with each ride starting from a different location and at varied start times. We'll always stop for coffee to socialize. <br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\nNon-members will be required to (1) sign a release form for club insurance purposes; (2) be helmeted and (3) carry a spare tube. After the first ride, club membership will be required. The route and starting point will vary - expect some climbing and, in fact, on most days, a lot. Riders should know how to make repairs. The Brisk group is NOT a no-drop group, slower riders are discouraged. <br \/>\r\n*Average Speeds \u2013 The speeds listed are average speeds maintained for the entire ride, not the minimum or maximum speeds.
