Bicycle Thief Caught w/ a Lasso

Eagle Point rancher Robert Borba captured an alleged bicycle thief in Eagle Point yesterday using his lasso while riding his horse, Long John. Borba came to the rescue of an unnamed cyclist who screamed as the suspect, Victorino Arellano-Sanchez aged 22, attempted to ride away with her bicycle.
