Auto Driver Public Information Campaign - under develoment
by Gary Shaff on May, 8 2015
Club members’ top advocacy priority, according the membership survey undertaken earlier this year, is the education of auto drivers. The Board, at its May meeting, endorsed development of a Club campaign focused primarily around the requirements of ORS 811.065, unsafe passing of a person operating a bicycle. An initial concept of the scope and content of the program is available for review on the Advocacy page.
If you have suggestions or comments, please note them in the comment section below. If you would like to assist in its implementation please email the Club’s President.
