NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – PLANNING COMMISSION

This notice is to inform you of an upcoming opportunity to participate in a public hearing before the Medford Planning
Commission.
What is being considered? Consideration of a request for a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to construct a new 10-12 foot
wide pedestrian/bike path known as Larson Creek Trail Segment II between Black Oak Drive and Ellendale Drive within
the Larson Creek Riparian Corridor. Project to include two pedestrian bridges, fence relocation and improvements
spanning approximately 7.32 acres zoned SFR-4, SFR-6, MFR-20 and C-C (Single-Family Residential, 4 dwelling units per
gross acre, 6 dwelling units per gross acre, Multi-Family Residential, 20 dwelling units per gross acre and Community
Commercial) (371W32AA, portions of Tax Lots 200, 300, 400 and 500 and 371W32AB, portions of Tax Lots 3100, 1100 and
3000).
